Hot Stone:

This is a specialty massage where it melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness, and increases circulation and metabolism. Each Hot Stone session features the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body to allow for deeper relaxation of the muscles. Then incorporate a customized massage, with the use of hot stones, to create a healing and relaxing experience.

Reiki:

Reiki is an alternative energy healing therapy that originated in Japan. It involves the transfer of energy with limited to no touch. Reiki can treat many conditions and emotional states. Some studies have shown that Reiki may reduce pain. Energy can stagnate in an individual body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. Over time these energy blocks can cause illness. A Reiki session will help facilitate the healing.

Pregnancy / Prenatal Massage:

A massage that is performed in the second or third trimester. It will ease pregnancy related discomforts. For high risk pregnancies, please consult with your physician prior to receiving a pregnancy massage

Lymphatic Drainage for Detoxification:

The main function of the lymphatic system is detoxification and disposal of metabolic waste. The compromised quality of the air, water, food, etc., causes significant accumulations of metabolic waste products in our body, some of which are toxic. In many cases, this accumulation of toxins causes us to feel low energy levels, fatigue, mood swings (the clinical symptoms of which are often confused with depression by physicians) fatigue, etc. There is no doubt that lymph drainage is a powerful method for helping remove these toxins.

This type of massage is rhythmic with a light pressure.
