About Me

I am a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with a strong background in medical and therapeutic massage. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and graduated from the Central Maryland School of Massage in 2013. In 2015, I advanced my expertise by becoming a certified Medical Massage Practitioner. I further specialized in lymphatic drainage, earning certifications for both post-operative recovery and detoxification in 2016.

Dedicated to continuously refining my skills, I have pursued numerous advanced training courses and certifications throughout my career. My commitment to excellence led me to work as the exclusive massage therapist for the Baltimore Blast professional soccer team during the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 seasons.

Recognized as a certified member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), I uphold the highest standards of practice and ethics in the field of massage therapy.

Inclement Weather Policy

If  inclement weather conditions arise, we want to ensure your safety and well-being, as well as maintain a smooth scheduling process for your massage appointments.

Please note our inclement weather policy:

  1. Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you feel that the weather conditions pose a safety risk or if your area is experiencing severe weather (such as snowstorms, icy roads, etc.), please feel free to contact us to reschedule your appointment. We understand that safety is the top priority, and we want to accommodate any necessary changes without penalty.

  2. Business Hours: In cases of extreme weather, our location may close for the safety of our staff and clients. If we need to close for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative scheduling options.

  3. Cancellation Fees: We typically request 24-hour notice for cancellations. However, if inclement weather impacts your ability to make it to your scheduled appointment, we will waive any cancellation fees.

  4. We encourage you to prioritize your safety and not hesitate to contact us if the weather is unsafe in your area. We value your business and look forward to continuing to provide you with exceptional service, no matter the weather
